2025-2026 CEP Goals
Priority 1 (All students learn to read well): By June, 2026, literacy for All Students will improve, as measured by a 5% Increase, from 21 to 26, of percentage of students scoring at Levels 3 & 4 on the NYS ELA exam results.
Priority 2 (All students are physically and emotionally safe): By June of 2026 there will be a 10% increase from 47.4% to 57% in students feeling connected to adults at school measured by the student check-in survey.
Priority 3 (All students have high-quality academic experience): By June, 2026, literacy for All Students will improve, as measured by a 5% Increase, from 39 to 44, of percentage of students scoring at Levels 3 & 4 on the NYS Math exam results.
Priority 4 (All students graduate college and career ready and have a strong plan and pathway to economic security): By June 2026, 100% of scholars will be exposed to College & Career readiness lessons as measured by monthly project submissions.
Priority 5 (All districts and schools are more inclusive and responsive for parents and families, including having more families choose NYC Public Schools): By June 2026, the school will increase authentic family engagement by 9%, as measured by improved family participation in school events, forums, and survey feedback, reflecting more inclusive and responsive communication and engagement practices.
Attendance/ Chronic Absenteeism: By June, 2026, the Percentage of Chronically Absent Students for All Students will decrease by 9%, from 44 to 35, as measured by the Insight Chronic Absenteeism Reports.
Quality IEP: By June 2026, 18% of Progress Reports will include clear, measurable annual goals and aligned SDI strategies that address students’ specific learning needs, as evidenced by quarterly progress reports and increased alignment between IEPs and instructional practice observed in classrooms.
